It’s easy to get started, no matter how soon your trip is. We can even do a same day new passport if you’re that pressed for time. Otherwise, we offer options that will get you an expedited passport in two, three to four, five to ten, or eight to fourteen business days. First, you need to decide what kind of passport you need. Is this your first time applying for a passport, or are you renewing one? If you’re applying for a brand new passport, you’ll need to fill out an application, print and fill out two copies of the Passport Letter of Authorization, and provide proof of your identity, such as a copy of the front and back of your driver’s license. If you don’t have a driver’s license, you’ll need to provide alternate identification. We recommend that you supply copies of three alternate identifications even if you do have a driver’s license so as to avoid any possible delays with the U.S. Department of State. You’ll need two identical 2×2 photos of yourself, proof of U.S. citizenship, proof of international travel within 14 days of the application submission, and a check for the government and agency processing fees.
Renewing a passport is slightly less involved, as you don’t need to provide any kind of documents to prove who you are in order to get a quick new passport. Instead, you’ll need to send in your old passport, along with an application, photos of yourself, a Passport Letter of Authorization, proof of international travel within 14 days, and all government and agency fees.
