Using the online passport wizard creating 2d barcoded applications

All applications must have a 2D barcode. If a customer completed an application without a 2D barcode, you must replicate the application with the barcode and affix it to the top of the original application and supporting documents. For DS-11 applications, the replicated 2D barcode must be attached to the outside of the sealed envelope. No other documents, including itineraries or Letters of Authorization can be attached to the outside of the sealed envelope.
