Expediting Your Passport Renewal with Fastport Passport!

Here at Fastport Passport, we offer a number of customer-friendly services for either acquiring a brand new United States passport OR renewing your existing passport. Today, I’ll be telling you about our passport renewal service and our options for you to get your passport renewed in the most convenient way for you.

In accordance with United States law, in order to renew your passport, you must be in possession of your previous passport. In addition, your old passport must have been valid for at LEAST ten years, and must have expired less than five years prior to your renewal. It may also be currently valid if you are planning ahead of time to get it renewed before it runs out!

Also, in order to renew your passport, it must have been an adult’s passport (an adult in this case is 16 years or older. Children’s passports can never be renewed, they must be re-issued as new). If your passport does not meet these specifications, you must get a brand new one, which we can of course do for you. If you would like to renew your passport with us, we have three options for your convenience:

1) If you have international travel plans within the next 14 days, and have proof of your plans to leave the U.S. in this time frame, we can get your passport renewed in as quickly as 24 hours if needed. (note: Our 24 hour service can ONLY be applied to those who have proof that they are in fact leaving the country within the next 24 hours. Otherwise, the next fastest renewal time is our 2-3 day renewal service).

2) If you do not have travel plans in the immediate future, but want your passport renewed within 7-10 days in order to avoid the unpredictable (and often painfully long!) turn-around time with the U.S. Post Office, we offer a service that will get your passport renewed and back into your hands within 7-10 business days.

3) If you would like your passport renewed within 4-6 weeks, with no travel plans, we can get your passport renewed within that time frame (typically by 4 weeks unless there is a problem with your application). Again, this service is guaranteed by us to be rendered within the 4-6 week time frame and our convenient online and in-store options let you avoid long Post Office lines, arduous paperwork, and unpredictably long turn around times for your passport.
