How To Apply For Green Card Lottery

Every year, a total of 50,000 green cards are given away through lottery process to the citizens of a country with low immigration rate. If you`ll be one of the winners to receive a permanent residential visa, you will be entitled to live and work in the United States. Check For Your Eligibility

Formal Visa Application

100,000 lucky winners are drawn but only 50,000 will be given a green card lottery visa. You will have to race and finish the process. Only the 50,000 winners who will finish the process first will be granted a green card lottery. With no extra fee, you will be instructed on how you will officially file your formal visa application. You will also be scheduled for an interview. A notification will be sent to you through an email about where and when the interview will take place and the documents you need to bring. During the interview, you will be asked for the documents that they told you to bring.

You will then be notified if you are one of those 50,000 winners to get a green card. You will be receiving your green card once you have undertaken your oath of allegiance to the United States.
