Refund Policy
Any order canceled within 30 days and not under manifest is entitled to a full refund. Any order is considered “under manifest” when a reservation of limited capacity at the Passport Agency has been placed on your behalf. Given the limited capacity of these reservations, any order under manifest will not be entitled to a refund. Additionally, any order in which the packet containing the application for submission to the US Department of State has been downloaded is not eligible for a refund. However, a non-refundable order remains active for 12 months from the date the order was placed and may be processed at any time within that period or transferred to a family member or friend.

We use industry best practices to ensure that your documents are properly and timely delivered to the government processing agency and that your expectations are met. Notably, because of the limited number of passport submission slots, refunds will not be processed for the Emergency Passport Service.
How to Request a Refund
All refund requests require the customer to complete an electronic Refund Request Form (RRF). This form is available on your govWorks client portal and can be initiated by selecting the Request Refund button within your account under your order invoices tab. The govWorks client portal can be found at https://my.govworks.com/login. A request for this form does not guarantee a refund will be granted.
By agreeing to the terms herein, refunds cannot be granted for circumstances outside of our control. Item out of our include, but is not limited to:
- Flight cancellations, missing flights, flight delays or other travel itinerary changes made by the airline or customer.
- Delays in passport or other travel document deliveries.
- Lost, Stolen, or misplaced tickets.
- Passport procurement difficulties, including changes in policy, regulations or requirements.
- Incomplete or inaccurate filing information provided.
The foregoing list is representative only. We guarantee our service and delivery of your documents, subject to the items listed above. Our maximum liability to any customer is the amount of fees paid to and collected by us under all circumstances from you, without limitation.
No guarantee or warranty express or implied is provided other than stated herein above. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for direct or consequential damages of any kind. Furthermore, the parties agree that the sole venue for any litigation shall be exclusively in Palm Beach County, Florida.
